The TextFormatting Library

The TextFormatting library defines a number of objects, commands, and functions that are used to format text.

The TextFormatting library defines:
  • Functions that control how Enter, Delete, Backspace and Insert act on text formatting. For example, backspace with the caret at the beginning of a line of text that is bulleted will remove the bullet.
  • Highlighting functions
  • Bullet, numbering, alignment and margin objects, functions, and commands.
  • Formatting objects used when applying bulleting, numbering, alignment and margins.
  • Objects and functions used to apply styles to text.

NOTE: If the TextFormatting library is not referenced in a document, the text formatting buttons in the toolbar at the top of each module won't work as expected.
